Christmas

I hope you all had a Blessed Christmas with your loved ones.  Or a calm, relaxing day off. I'm still coming down from all the festivities and excitement. Thank you for all the beautiful cards you sent. Every one is cherished and looked at over and over, then saved. I'm taking this week to put everything away, clean up the house and trying to eat up the rest of the leftover food! That last part is hard but I think I'm up to the task. I have to compliment Mother Nature for this week. We had five beautiful days with blue skies, warm temps and no rain or snow.. You couldn't ask for more in December here. It is starting to get colder now but that's expected and it is winter!

This was a quick and easy card for one of my exercise buddies. I used the gold script Kaiser Craft paper and a Penny Black sticker. Easy, peasy and simple.

Be kind to one another.

Gorgeous, Brenda! Once again you've reminded me to use the PB stickers in my stash--love this one! I'm leaving the inside decorations up as no one here but us & we're not tired of them yet! Must get serious about organizing in 2019 as I know it will help my creativity. Happy New Year, my friend!

You didn't say how you were feeling, Brenda, but you sound chipper, so I'm going to take that as a positive! Especially if you are up to the task of grazing through the fridgertator! And I'm glad Mother Nature gave you beautiful weather so people could get o'er the fields without incident. Your card is so pretty! I love those Stickeroos! They make it easy to make a QACAS card. Have a lovely and productive week!! Happy New Year Hugs, Darnell

Absolutely wonderful Christmas card and I agree those PB stickers can be a lifesaver when one is behind on card making for the season. I used those one year too and they made gorgeous cards. I hope you are getting to feel better each day. And, I am so happy you were well enough to enjoy the holiday. Happy New Year to you as well.

What a wonderful card, and I wouldn't have guessed that was a sticker by any means! It's a gorgeous card and I'm sure your friend enjoyed it! You are SO FAR ahead of me in wrapping up the Christmas stuff for another year, and I don't even have that much to begin with! I suppose the day after New Year's Day I'll get cracking on that task :) Gosh, then it's time to crunch numbers for tax time! It's a never-ending list of tasks! LOL Have a wonderful and very happy, healthy New Year in 2019! Hmmm. I think I will go write 2019 on the next few checks in my checkbook while I'm thinking of it now......

Oh, such a lovely card! A very pretty sticker and lovely paper! Sounds like you had a wonderful Christmas and I hope you are feeling much better! We just finished taking down the Christmas decorations today. I leave a few things up for it looks well for winter decor. My goal after the new year is to purge and organize. My son said I need to, lol!
