Fall is here!

Cool mornings and nights and lovely warm days. Started washing windows yesterday. Not as fun as making a card, but necessary. I did get a chance to make a card and I'm excited to enter it in two challenges.

I am loving this embossing with dies that is the current challenge for CAS Mix Up .  I used several of the dies in the Stampin' Up Forever Flourishing set to emboss a white card stock panel. Then using the stamps from the Forever Fern I stamped them in Aquatini and Juniper Mist inks from Catherine Pooler and layered them over the panel. Die cut the hello in turquoise card stock and layered over two white die cuts.

I also want to visit the Colorhues Challenge using Navy and Turquoise together. What a beautiful combination for us to use.

Be kind to one another.

Beautiful Brenda. The grouping of these flourishes creates a great focal point against the all white die embossed panel. Love this colour combo too. Thank you so much for joining us at CAS Mix Up!

Love this duo of color hues and hope to play in that challenge. Your die embossed background looks like it was done with an embossing folder. The Forever Flourishing dies and Forever Fern stamp are beautiful together.

Your dry embossing is a great background for that lovely bouquet of leaves and berries. I love the way you've colored the berries to give them that extra dimension. Thanks for joining us at Color Hues #2.

Wow Brenda, this card is stunning! I am so loving all the embossing with dies I've been seeing too. I need to give it a go. I would think the die makes all the difference on how this turns out. Loving the dies you used on this card and the stamp too. The navy and turquoise is beautiful color combo. You knocked it out the ball park with both of these challenges my sweet friend! Hugs, Brenda
