I'm back

No card today just a long explanation of where I've been.

I can't begin to tell you all I've been through with this computer. I was trying to be able to not have to sign in each time I went to my blog. I tried turning off verification. There was no place I could find to do that. Then I tried cookies. I changed so many settings and then I couldn't get into FB, Instagram, my grocery app and one of my games. The topper was I was completely locked out of my blog. The computer wanted facial recognition or print or passkey. I carefully googled how to add facial recognition and wrote down all the steps. When I opened it up to do it, my computer said that was not available on my computer. I will admit I cried a few tears and said some not ladylike words. Today I was going to take it to the computer store and after a good night's sleep, I decided to try one more time. For the first time it gave me an option to change my password so I did. Low and behold after a few more steps, I'm in. I don't know how long this will last. In the meantime, I haven't made any cards since I've been with my family so much.

I hope to catch up with everyone soon.

Be kind to one another.

Good for you in figuring out the computer issues. My brain gets tired trying to figure things out and I just walk away for a while. Welcome back!

Isn't it crazy how we depend on our computers so much! I'm with you and it's just a pain in the backside when something goes wrong with them. Glad you got everything going again though and good for you on figuring it all out. I would have probably had to call one of the grandkids with all their tech knowledge.

Oh, my! So sorry to hear of your computer problems, Brenda! It’s so frustrating at times when you try and try and think you’re doing the right thing. I still don’t know why I can’t comment on some blogs, oh well. Anyways, happy to hear that your luck changed and that you were able to get back into your computer!

well done on actually trying to fix it yourself. Computers are a blessing and the devil in disguise :) I'm so glad you're back on line.

Thank you for getting on as soon as you were able to let your bloggie friends know you are okay, Brenda. Well, except for being completely exhausted from all the stress! These damn computers. Can't live with them; can't live without them! I'm crossing my fingers and beseeching Dr. Google to let you on without a hassle from now on. Hugs, Darnell

Glad you were able to sort your pc out Brenda, it's SO frustrating when the computer wants to do things that are in no way on your agenda! Sigh..... hope it continues to co-operate sweetly :) Cathy x

Oh good grief Brenda - sounds like you went down the rabbit hole trying to figure out how to do what you wanted to do - we all have a love/hate relationship with them I think. So glad you at least could get back in! Julia xx

I hate it when my computer doesn't cooperate! I sometimes just want to throw it out the window!! And I'm useless at fixing it myself. So glad you're back up and running.

That sounds so frustrating. I am so glad you have finally got it sorted. Fingers crossed anyway. Computers can be such a consumer of our precious time and these things always happen when you are least prepared to handle it xx

Oh poor you. Computers are amazing, but when they act up for no apparent reason, they are a pain in the butt. Glad it’s working again for you. I’ll keep my fingers crossed that it will last.🤞

I am glad you finally got the computer straightened out Brenda, technology can get one reduced to tears very quickly! I am also glad you have been spending a lot of time with your family, that is more important I think! Cards will be there for you later. Just enjoy life! You know how I'm always behind. I'm catching up with you now. Just call be Behind Brenda because that is what I always am. LOL Hugs, Brenda
