A mantle decoration

This card uses one of my oldest stamp sets. It was one of the first I bought in the 90's. I wish it had a date on it. It is from The Saltbox Studio which is no longer making stamps. It is now textiles. I am posting this card to caschristmascardchallenge that is asking for Decorations.  The mantle is a Poppy Stamps die called Grand Flower Box that looked like a mantle to me. The sentiment is Impression Obsession. The candles are colored with Copics and adhered to the mantle.

Be kind to one another.

Lovely candle mantle decoration. The first year we had a mantle behind a wood burning stove, I decorated with candles. Got up the next morning to find all the candles bending over. The fire was so hot it softened the candles.

The window box makes a perfect mantel, Brenda! I used to decorate my mantel with red candles and lit them on Christmas Eve to enjoy the warm glow. A lovely Christmas card, my friend!
