No more political ads

Finally, no more ads on TV. They were driving me crazy.

Last month in a zoom class we made cards with toilet paper.  Todays card is made from four layers of toilet paper squares gently misted with water on each one, then layering them together. When you run them through an embossing folder you get the best images. I used a Memory Box embossing folder for this card, then embossed a gold sentiment on vellum and wrapped it around the panel. This card has been received so I can post it. I hope you try this method, I think you will like it.

Be kind to one another.

Super result. I have heard of this before and it is on list to try but we have to hang onto our toilet rolls here in the UK and make every sheet count!!! Not sure if I got the cardinal coloured right as we don't have them in the UK. Stay safe and well. Hugs Mrs A.

Oh my goodness--absolutely stunning, Brenda! Did we try that at the retreat? Sounds vaguely familiar, but can't really remember doing it. LOVE that embossing folder & now that TP isn't impossible to get, I'll give it a try! PS--so glad you didn't mean that you had Covid & yes--I'd so love to be crafting with you! Guess since I don't have any groups or friends to craft with anyway, Covid hasn't changed my life too much. Worst thing is not being able to get together with hubby's daughter & family. Just can't risk it with no vaccine & no treatment yet.

Oh, my, Brenda, what a gorgeous result you got with this technique using a stunning stencil! Mine is just a small section of poppy stamps. It's pretty and waiting to be put on a card, but now I want to do this again with an elegant full frontal stencil. The gold-embossed sediment on vellum is a perfect choice! Miss you! Hugs, Darnell

WOW! Your card is AMAZING, Brenda. LOVE the look of the hand-make paper and the way it dry embosses so deeply. Gorgeous with the gold embossed vellum banner sentiment. Beautiful and elegant card, my friend! xx
