Another oldie

This stamp is my very favorite for fall. It is a Serendipity wood mount from 2008 and I use it every year. It's colored with Copics and I used Nuvo glitter drops in Golden Sunset. Isn't that a great name for them? I added glossy accents to the pumpkin for a bit more shine and a strip of pattern paper along the left side.

Even though my family isn't getting together for Thanksgiving I am cooking a full meal. I have always had Thanksgiving here and I want to have the leftovers! Instead of turkey I am making chicken and noodles, dressing and mashed potatoes. Noodles are not a side dish that to many people make for this holiday but we always have them so I am making those today and the rest tomorrow.

Be kind to one another.

Another beautiful Thanksgiving card, Brenda! Love the shiny pumpkin! Enjoy your feast! I'm still cooking even though nobody is coming. I want the leftovers too! I've made sweet potato casserole and pumpkin pie today. I'll do the turkey and dressing tomorrow.

What a beautiful card! I love that stamp. We are having a very small Thanksgiving, just hubby, me and my mom. That's been our bubble since this craziness started. I'm fixing all of the usual fare, but bought a turkey breast instead of the whole bird. My mom used to make noodles for Thanksgiving. I make them too, but just don't have the energy this year. Blessing to you. Stay safe, my friend.

Happy Thanksgiving, my friend! We are doing the same and looking forward to next year when we will all be together again for Thanksgiving! Your card is a beautiful representation of how thankful we are for each other and, this year, how thankful we are just to be alive and safe and to have a future worth looking forward to! I'm loving the added schparkle! Lots of love, Darnell
