No longer friends

Nope, I am no longer friends with Comcast. I have been on the phone with them four times for more than an hour each time and also made a trip to the Comcast store. I had issues with the phone, TV and computer. We spent hours on the phone only to find that I am not the primary person on the account and didn't have permission to change anything. After I went to the actual store they deleted the original account and made me a new one. When I got home, nothing worked because of the change. Back to the phone. What a week! I do still have the account and the good news is they lowered my rate since I am now a new subscriber. Only one more thing to fix and I'll be good.

This is a card we made in Stampin' Up class. I love the combination of colors and the card is versatile. Sometimes I don't use the sentiment in class because I don't know what I'll use it for. I really love the new doily die cuts.

Be kind to one another.

I don't think it's just Comcast! Our cable company is not friendly either. Glad you are up and running again and they gave you a better rate! Super pretty card and appropriate for many occasions!

Beautiful card, as always, Brenda. Orange is one of my favourite colours. And the die wreath is a gorgeous embellishment.
There is no Comcast in Greece, but in the past I had such a bad experience with Vodafone. Well, I just left and made a new contract with a different telephone company. Hugs, my friend.

I think it is the same story all over the world. I am happy for you that they gave you better rate.
I really like your card. You have used very nice colors. This doily is sweet. Because of the neutral sentiment the card is suitable for more occasions.

It isn't just Comcast Brenda! They are all like that! I never changed mine from being in Dwayne's name, electric is still in his name as well. But then Bret came home and he changed us to Comcast and the bill is now in his name. He wanted the high speed internet, I was happy with things the way they were, except for the bill. lol Now it's Bret's problem. It amazes me with all the "hypa" stuff, if you are married to each other you both should have access to this stuff. I know Dwayne was mad one time when I needed to take care of a problem with the phone bill and he called them up and gave me heck. Telling them that I was his wife and I should be able to take care of problems while he is at work. They told him they could add me on as a person they could talk with if he chose it. He chose it. lol They should automatically contact people and ask if they want someone else on the account that can they can talk to. Always something, but glad all is straighten out for you now. I love, love, love this card!!! I hear you on not always putting the sentiments on in class. We always ask for other sentiments when we go-which isn't much anymore. lol Hugs, Brenda

Don't you just hate big companies, they make my blood boil with the amount of time we waste on the phone :(
Love your card, signs of spring, great embossed background :)

What a bummer, Brenda! We've had our issues with them off & on--including refusing to talk to one of us. Today email is very iffy & they put my regular emails in spam & I couldn't move them, but finally it's working, I think! This is a sweet card & the doily is beautiful!

That's a beautiful card and I love the embossed background! I can relate to your Comcast issues - sometimes I think they don't know what the right hand is doing while the left hand is being used. Been there/done that so many times! Hopefully your issues will soon be history!

What a great card, Brenda! I love the doily frame around the single flower stem and that background embossing is amazing!! I'm sorry to hear you made four trips to Comcast Hell! You really are a gluten for punishment! We have Comcast, too, and ... I was going to say they are really good about giving you a credit for any time you are down on any equipment but you have to ask, but then I realized that you prolly don't want a fifth trip to Hell, even on the phone, so never mind. BUT, if you DO have to talk to them again on the phone anyway, you should mention it. Even with the lower rate, you need to get _____ days of credit for all the days you spent in Hell. Ask me how I know!! Good luck! Hugs, Darnell xxoo

Oh gosh, what an ordeal, Brenda. I hope you are able to get everything fixed. Our local tv/cable/internet company decided to quit offering cable a few months ago. It was convenient to only have to pay one company. Your card is gorgeous!! I love the design and the embossed background!! It looks so amazing!! Have a great evening!! Big hugs :)

Your card is beautiful Brenda. Love the colour combination. And the doily is so pretty! Sorry to hear about your hassle with Comcast. I think all the telecommunications providers have made an agreement to make it difficult to deal with them! It's good that you are just about done getting things back to normal. xx

Hi Brenda,
what a very wonderful card and your design looks so brilliantly created.
Love the colours uded and that pretty doily.

I know waht you mean about these providers my hubby was on the phone for over an hour yesterday trying to sort things out.
The trouble is ther person on the other end of the phone knows nothing their selves and has to go off and ask someone else.

Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.
