No drama

I wanted to get my cards entered into the Twofer Challenge today. I have started on Easter cards so I snuck one into the challenge. I used balloon dies from Simon Says Stamp and splattered Distress Inks in red, blue and green all over the front of the birthday card that says "Lets Party". Then I cut balloons from three different colors and stamped the sentiment from Lawn Fawn.  For the Easter card I cut one of the largest balloons I used on the first card from SSS and trimmed it into a cracked egg top. The stamp is by Stampendous, colored with Copics and fussy cut. I am getting better at fussy cutting as I usually chop off a limb or digit. The chick is intact and popped up in the egg. The black panel is cut with a Spellbinders die. I added Nuvo crystal glaze to his beak  (mouth). The sentiment is also from Stampendous.

There is no drama to report. But it's only 8:42 am.

Be kind to one another.

This are two super cute balloon cards, Brenda. I like splattered background on the first card and super effect achieved thru the dark background and yellow and white motif on the second one. Well done. :-)
Have a nice weekend.

Oh, my gosh, Brenda, that chickie popping out of his balloon egg is just brilliant! I love his glossified beak and how you made him pop with a black background and a pretty scallop frame! Both your CASlicious designs are fantastic! Your schplattered birthday party card is uber festive and I want to join in the fun! Glad to see no thing was damaged with your fussy-cutting today!! Thank you so much for playing in Twofer Card Challenge #14! Hugs, Darnell

A fabulous balloon Twofer, Brenda! The hatching duckling is so clever and cute! He looks like he's quacking up! Love the gloss on his beak. Your fun bunch of floating balloons appear to be tied to the sentiment and I love that. Great splattered background. I can imagine the mess I'd make doing all that splatter! I'm so glad you played along with us at Twofer. The Easter duck really caught my eye!
