A first for me

This is so far out of my normal I don't recognize myself! Making a Christmas card in July is unheard of for me. I don't start until after Thanksgiving. The CAS Christmas Card Challenge is back and I need to start my cards earlier to avoid stress.

This card uses a wood block stamp from Image Tree and I've had it forever. I colored it with Copics and added Stickles to the star and pom pom on his hat. If that's not using enough "old" products I used Fun Flock in gray for the snowflakes. They don't show up very well but it adds texture. Let it Snow is Stampin' Up.

I missed a great sale at the pet store yesterday. It was buy one dog, get one flea.

Be kind to one another.

This is the cutest snowman, Brenda! I love his smile and the sweet heart he's holding! The snowflakes add wonderful texture so it will be a touch me kind of card! Love the joke! I'll skip the fleas. I could tell you some stories about fleas and a rescued squirrel!

Brenda, so glad you were able to join us making a Christmas card in July. Lol.
He is so cute and you have colored him so nicely. Fantastic card. Thanks for joining us at CAS Christmas.

Good job making a Christmas card early, Brenda! It is nice to make them throughout the year, especially the way the years fly by! This snowman is adorable, especially with the fun flock snow (well done!) and the schparkle on the star and pom-pom! Hugs, Darnell
