Snow?

Yep, snow. That's what we woke up to this morning. It's very heavy and maybe you can see the limbs on the tree bent down from the weight.  Thank you for all the prayers for Indy. Next is Louisiana and we would like to hope that is the end of mass shootings.

In a recent zoom we did foiling. I was glad because I have lots of foil and hadn't really used it. I messed up the first card I tried and then went simple with this card. This is Tonic mirror green cardstock with a die cut leaves image and sentiment. It's hard to get a good picture of shine. Then I did my leaves on the Twofer card I posted last and got better at foiling. Practice makes perf, well, better!

Be kind to one another.

Niiiice. Bought myself a laminator from Amazon, will be arriving Friday. Can hardly wait to try it. There are so many different ways to foiling and I have tried a few but no results. Hopefully I will have the results with the laminator.

OMG, The picture is worth a 1000 words, isn't that the saying? Who would believe snow in mid April in Indiana? That is crazy. Well, we already know we live in a crazy world these days, so I guess snow shouldn't surprise us, and to be honest that is a pleasant surprise versus the other kinds we have all been experiencing! Glad you are safe and well in your home with your furry companion!!

Crazy right? We had that in Bedford too. I think the flowering trees are going to be okay as it melted pretty fast. Pretty card. I haven't tried foiling. I don't think I have any more room for more equipment and supplies in my craft space. I will just admire yours.

Are you sure, that this photo was taken today and not in January? :-) Each year the weather is more crazy. We also had snow one week ago. And freezing temperatures.
You did a great job with foiling. I like your card.

I wondered if you'd get that snow, Brenda! Hopefully it will melt quickly and not bring too many limbs down. That mirror card has so much beautiful shine! The die cut leaf looks wonderful on it. A very elegant card, my friend!

Beautiful card with the foiling. I love that shade of green. And, one thing about snow this time of year it usually does not last long.

Yes, I couldn’t believe the snow either. We were lucky that we only got a couple inches. Your foiled card in green is very pretty!!

That's one heck of a snow fall. The weather is certainly throwing us all some curved balls right now. Your foiling looks good in your picture and I am sure is more stunning I.R.L. Stay safe and well. hugs Mrs A.

Snow! I don’t envy you. We had a stretch of sunny weather and this weekend to9k a turn and it’s rain... which I’ll take over snow any day!
I love the look of foil... Your card is so shiny and pretty.
