I'm all fancy now

I am so delighted to share my new blog look with you. A wonderful friend, Loll of http://www.stampingwithloll.com/ has created a blog header and signature for me. I love it so much. I am so computer challenged that I would never have been able to do this. Loll also gave me several tips about blogging that have helped too. She is so generous about sharing, as well as many other bloggers are. Thank you, Loll.

This is a card I made for another dear friend. I used a Newton's Nook die called Hibiscus and some aqua drywall tape. The embossing folder is a sizzix 3D folder. They really are 3D. You must spritz both sides of the card stock before you run it through the die cut machine or it will cut the card stock.

Be kind to one another.

:) I'm so happy that you're happy with your new look Brenda! I had fun designing it for you!

Love your sweet card. The dry embossed background is gorgeous. Great idea to spritz paper with water to prevent tears. I'll give that a try! The turquoise dry wall tape is so pretty for your flower to sit on. Great colours. Great design. xx

Loll is very talented in all ways isn't she Brenda?! She has been going all over blogland to give everyone a new look, so she is very generous as well. I love your new look, it is so you. Wow, what a beautiful card Brenda!!! Gosh I remember years back when the dry wall tape was all the rage, we used it on cards and scrapbooking. lol Looks like it may be coming back! I've never saw it in this color though and I am loving it. Your flower die is so pretty, but what I'm really loving is the beautiful 3D embossing folder! Gosh that is so pretty!!!! These 3D folders just amaze me and I think they really take a card up a notch or two. lol Glad you got a new look my friend, it is perfect! Hugs, Brenda

The new header is lovely, and Loll is so generous & talented, willing to share her gift with all of us! The green tree scene is so pretty, and I expect come the cold of winter, you are going to get some sunshine each time you go to your blog to see this pretty look. The 3D Leaf EF is beautiful with the green-turquoise shade of your flower and the pretty mesh. And I always forget about the tip of spritzing to soften the c/s fibers. So thanks for reminding! Great card. TFS & Hugs
