Oh Monday, Monday. The whole new beginning of a great week. I ordered two of the faucet turn off devices, one for the kitchen and one for the bathroom. It looks like they just screw onto the faucet. Surely I can do that! I also got the results of the bone density test and it's true, I have bones! I am right in the normal range for my age. It was a lot of T and Z scores. My BMD is normal and I have no Frax risk. So I think that is good news.

Here is the card I smooshed. It is a fun, easy technique. This was done using a clear block and putting the ink on the block and spritzing with water. It's quick and easy and the more I look at it the better I like it. I didn't at first. Things always look better when they dry.  Be kind to one another.

Lovely card, Brenda! I like the 'smooshing' technique too, your colors are so pretty! it is one way to add a lot of color but keep the card simple!! Have a great week! And I hope the faucet devices work!!

Good news about your bone density tests. :-)

Love the bright colours on your card and the way you've created a frame. I've never tried smooshing - will have to have a go. :-)

Good news on you results and sounds like the gadgets for the water taps might just do the trick.
Lovely vibrant colours on your card. Hugs Mrs A.

Gorgeous card, Brenda! You're right, the look does change as they dry. In case you want to try a different technique, I've had the best luck with inking the packaging from my stamp press, spritzing & laying done the paper. Not that you need another way as the block worked great here! Happy your bones are healthy & good luck with the new gadgets! Sorry you guys sort of missed summer--guess we hogged it out here!

I LOVE it! My smooshing is not nearly so nice as this. Well done! It's a lovely look and I like the colors you've used with the silhouette. Have you had a chance to try the precision plate yet? Glad the water problem thing-y is sorted out. TFS & Hugs
