Can't be June

I can't keep up with the time passing so fast. It is a sign of getting older I guess. I always heard my parents say how fast time was going when I couldn't wait for my birthday or Christmas that seemed so far away. I missed out posting on Monday, my usual day, because I finally went to the Dr. I wasn't getting better like I thought I should be and turns out I am now on antibiotic for a month. I've never had one that long so we'll see. Just need to get my lungs cleaned out and that should do it. But, it will be over quick!

This is a card I made for my friend that comes to craft with me. I used an older Tim Holtz Sizzix die 660220 on the gold cardstock corner and added a piece of Paper Rose paper under it. The butterflies are Memory Box and the sentiment is from Spellbinders.

I am going to play in NBUS with this card.

I saw an audiologist the other day but I'm going to get another opinion. Why on earth would I need a heron egg.

Be kind to one another.

So sorry you have been feeling bad. I hope this month of antibiotics is the cure. Your card is so pretty. The gold lets that corner feature really pop.

I'm sorry you are having to take the antibiotic longer. Hopefully it will do the job and you'll start feeling lots better! I love the patterned paper peeking out in the corner of this card and that pretty butterfly!

Haha heron egg! I love the honeycomb corner with the bright paper shining through, and the pretty butterfly. I’m glad you saw the doctor, and hope you feel better soon. Time sure does fly! xxx

Hi Brenda, I hope the antibiotics fix the infection, I was once on antibiotics for 12 weeks, they got rid of the infection but left me with food intolerances. Love the golden paper with the honeycomb die cut in the corner.
Have a wonderful weekend,
Megan

Oh what a lovely card, Brenda! The printed paper is beautiful! So glad you went to the doctor. Hoping you can tell a big difference soon! PS--Fritz is doing great! We'll do some tests this weekend to see if we think he's safe walking on his own. Sure don't want him to fall and get a concussion or injure a leg.
Hugs,
Greta

I love the warm colors and clean and simple design of this pretty card, Brenda, and I'm sure your friend will love it! Can you believe I have, I think, four of those corner dies in different configurations and they are still NBUS?! Thank you a great butterfly design idea and for inspiring everyone to use their NBUS!

I hope the antibiotics are working and you are feeling much better! Love, Darnell
