My daughter in laws birthday is coming up and this is her card. I used alcohol inks on vellum and a die cut from Stampin' Up lightly sponged. Added some gold embellishments to the center of the flowers and some strips of black cardstock where the vellum joins the cardstock. The sentiment is Memory Box.

Oh, my! I guess when it rains it pours or in your case it pours out worn out appliances. But you certainly made a lovely card and I know it will be so appreciated by your daughter-in-law. And, I won't say a word about the dishwasher. I hope your week goes much better from now on.

Yep, things seem to break down in three's. It's good to get it all done now before the snow flies, so the timing is a good one, I'm hoping.

This is a gorgeous background, Brenda! The die cuts are beautiful with it! Do good things happen in threes too? If so, you should be getting a big cluster of good!

Hi Brenda, Oh dear! Yes things always seem to come in three's, earlier this year we had three ambulance trips within the family, stroke, heart-attack and broken ankle, all within 8 weeks. I hear you on the three-some issues that always seem to come at the same time! My lips are sealed as far as that kitchen appliance goes :) Your card is lovely with a gorgeous background and I love those little gold centers on each flower!
