Stormy skies

I thought I'd better pop in early today since we are predicted to have a windy, stormy day, evening and through tomorrow noon.  When I saw the colors for the  color hues challenge were aqua and black I knew I had to play. That is my favorite color combination and reminds me of a sweater I used to have. I needed a masculine card so I sponged Black Soot distress ink and Catherine Pooler Fiesta Blue ink to make a background. The sentiment is a Simon Says Stamp die that I partially inked in the same Fiesta Blue. Even though it says blue in the name it is a soft aqua color.

Be kind to one another.

This is a striking color combo and I love how your card came out using these colors Brenda! Speaking of storms, your card almost reminds me of a stormy sky. Loving the big birthday die words. Great masculine card! Hugs, Brenda
