Gesso card

During a zoom play I was able to make this card using an Eileen Godwin technique. I used gesso through a stencil, added some soft color with a blending brush and then stamped a Lavinia stamp over it when it dried. The hardest part is waiting for the gesso to dry so you can stamp and finish the card.

Be kind to one another.

So pretty, Brenda! While you've got texture and dimension, it's still a perfectly CAS card. I'm loving this one! Stay safe my friend. xo Bev

Love this. I do things in evening and then leave overnightotherwise too tempting to just give it a pat to see if dry or not. On tenderthooks here waiting to find if your parcel has arrived. Yours is the last one now. Hugs Mrs A .

You achieved a beautiful result with this technique, Brenda! You can really see the dementia of the gessoed bit and I love your blended coloring! The silhouette is perfect with it! I hope you won't be getting any of that wild storm that hit Denver! Hugs, Darnell
