Happy Valentines Day. It's very cold and we are expecting 2-3 inches of snow later today. I hope everyone gets to celebrate with their loved ones and enjoy the day.

I have started the cleaning and purging. I've moved several things around and trying to make things easier when I have to move them. It is a huge job and I have to take it in small doses. I think I will keep things like they are since my craft room is pretty big and the sunroom isn't as big. It would be better suited to be a reading room with two cozy chairs and the TV. A place where my girlfriends and I could sit and chat and I could curl up and read. We'll see. Just when I thought I had it all figured out!

I had a wonderful surprise yesterday. When I came home from taking the grands home there was a box on my porch. It is a sweet Valentine basket from my sons. A teddy bear, Moose Munch, cookies and candy all packaged up. What a thoughtful thing for them to do. This will be a year of firsts and they are helping me so much. It was nice to have the grandkids here this week and gave me something to do.

I am not going to be around too much for the next month. It is suppose to be much warmer by the end of the week and I will be out there tackling the garage. There are a lot of things that need to be donated in there and they are coming next Saturday to pick them up so I need to get busy. Also need to make some room to move things out there short term. I am going to try to read blogs but not sure how much time I will have. I have some gifts that I received I want to share and a few Valentines so hopefully I will get some computer time. Here is the basket the boys sent. Be kind to one another.

Happy V. Day, and I hope it's not too cold up there. It's about 25 here & we're told nasty weather is on the way. Had a V. Day breakfast out, will email you about that. Had a little fender bender...I'm so glad you're getting some things done that you wanted to do, and that you had some grandchildren time. You've got 2 wonderful boys to be so thoughtful & keep your heart held high just now. A beautiful basket, and thanks for sharing your 'pride' with us. Enjoy the goodies too! Looking forward to seeing pictures when you get all the re-do completed. Hugs & stay warm. TFS

Lovley thoughtful gift from your boys. Glad to hear you are getting yourself slowly orgsanized. we will want to see pictures of the refurb when it is all completed. Just take it nice and slow . No need to rush. the next big job here to tackle is the downstairs topilet and the bathroom upstairs. They both have blue santiary ware in them and I'd like it replaced with all white but choosing what is needed is getting ot be a headache.
Hugs and look after yourself. Mrs A. p.s. I have blog candy to cheer you up.

What lovely sons you have, Brenda! That's a testament to you and Bill, you know! That bear basket is such fun! Thank you for letting us know that you won't be blogging as much. You know I would have worried. I'm having a Crohn's flare (no hospital, so don't worry) so I'm not on the computer as much as normal, myself. Luckily most of my posts were drafted a month ago for GD spots. I'll give you a call soon and fill you in. Always something! Love, Darnell

I was thinking about you on Valentine's Day, Brenda. What wonderful sons you have--so sweet to have that basket waiting for you! Take care as you work on all the organizing & purging--you need breaks, you know!

I love the sound of a reading room Brenda, a room to have friends over to chat in and such, sound really nice! So I say go with it! A big craft room is always nice, so keep it there since it is working well for you. How sweet of your boys to send you this cute basket for Valentines!! I love that they did that for you. It is nice having the grands around to keep the mind occupied I so agree. Staying busy is key to getting through this year of firsts I believe. And with all you have going on, that will keep you busy for quite a while. Hugs, Brenda
