Still not doing much

You'd think the funky feelings would be gone by now, but no, not yet. I get so little done and take so long to do it. I did finally make a card that I saw online and will make several more and send to the grands. They will get a kick out of it.

I used Purdue paper but after folding it the pattern isn't very clear. Since the boys are so Purdue they will like it. I'll do the girls cards in something girly. This came from https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCC1IqryClU-61lE1exUP0pA/videos. I loved it so much and it's perfect for our time.

Be kind to one another.

Aaaaahhhhh so that is what I am dealing with..."funky feelings" getting very tired of being under house arrest. Our Governor is looking at May 26th we can leave our home. Your card is so apropos for this time...good work!!! I really need to start making cards again.

Ah, I miss your face, too, Brenda! This is perfect for the grands! Thank you for sharing the link. I think I will tackle this to make cards for my grands. I think they would get a kick out of the design! Wasn't being funky a good thing back in the day? Get down to funky town or some other such lyrics? Or were you using funky as a ufanism for spitty? I thought so. Me, too! Love and hugs, Darnell

Awesome, Brenda! Thanks for the link. I think I'll try some of these although my folding is usually a disaster! Maybe I can get it right and use up some of that paper!

Wonderful and fun card to bring some cheer. I love the design and yes, we miss a lot of folks faces these days. Hopefully, soon we will not be afraid to get close again.

Hi Brenda,
I know what you mean about it taking so long to do things.
My Son and Daughter used to do my garden now I have to do it in stages and also my cleaning as I had a cleaner to d things I couldn't reach and back breaking things now I have to do them myself.
So all in all it takes a lot out of me.
I try to execise every morning by walking around the house with my stick.
I am up to 1,800 steps now.
This all cost me craf tand blog time as I am exhausted when all is done, and usually fall asleep if I sit too long.
One good thing is I have learnt to do a few things my Son had to do for me such as cleaning my bathroom fan of fluff which I couldn't do before just had light bulb moment the other day how to do it.
I also have to recharge my Ring door bell myself now which I have learn't to do.
Next I have to clean windows waiting for a extension rod cleaner to do it.
I live in a Bungalow but the outside ground isn't even enough for a ladder so I could fall.
I expect it's the same for you too.

I love your wonderful card it's brilliant and such a brilliant image.
Lots of crafty love and virtual hugs from my house to yours. Jenny L.

Fantastic card Brenda. I love your mask with the perfect sentiment. You are not alone about not getting much done. I'm lucky if I get anything done beside making meals. No drive, no motivation. I hope it changes soon for all of us. xx
