I made a card

Whew, that was a long stretch of not making cards or doing much of anything. I still miss Molly and will for a long time but I am doing better. The hardest thing is to tell people for the first time that didn't know. I always tear up.

My next door neighbor did a kind thing for me recently and I needed to get a card made for her.
The die I used for the sunflowers has been taken out of it's package so I don't know who made it. The scalloped die is Simon Says Stamp and the paper is Lawn Fawn. It really felt good to get into my craft room again.

Be kind to one another.

Beautiful card. The flowers look so cheery. They bring some much needed color to the gloomy Indiana weather we have been having. So glad you are able to get back to some crafting. It is good therapy.

This is such a fun and cute card with the plaid and the sunflowers. So nice to see you making a card again. I understand grieving for a beloved pet isn't easy and it takes time to move on from the sadness and missing having them around. Go at your own pace and give your heart time to heal. It's not easy I know.

So glad to see you back making cards, Brenda. Necessity is a help sometimes, and neighbors doing nice things always deserve a card. What they are getting, however, is an amazing card! I love those flowers and your scallop curve with that wonderful plaid paper!
