We have celebrated the September birthdays in our family and the month is half over already. How can that be? This card was made in my SU class and then I added the happy face to it. I gave this card to my daughter in law for her birthday and she always makes me smile so I hoped she would like it. She did. The white dots are on a clear ribbon that reminds me of swiss dotted fabric you used to see all the time. Maybe it's making a come back. The flower is punched from pink vellum and the leaf is green vellum.

I love this card. It is so beautiful and fun with that smiling center in the flower. The polka dot ribbon looks great with it too. I have some polka dot ribbon so I should use it more often. Thanks for the reminder.
