Another week has gone by so fast. I wondered what I would do all day when I retired and now I wonder how I had time to work. This has been a week of getting things done. Three more errands today and I should be caught up. How did I really get all this done before when I worked. I didn't do any fun things this past week either. All work, no play - tomorrow is the play day. I do have one card that I made for a sweet friend. I used a Memory Box  Piestra Tile die and Memory Box butterflies. and a snippet of pp to make the top butterfly.  I actually used a snippet of pp so I am going to enter this in http://pixiescraftyworkshop.blogspot.com/. Be kind to one another.

Really beautiful card, Brenda! Love the look of that butterfly--never think to use printed paper for a die like that & I love it!

Love the way you've used this MB die. Looks gorgeous with the white and red colors and the matching butterfly is so delicate and just the right accessory- like the DP as the overlay- good idea that. Love those sparkling sequins too.

I'm impressed by the simplicity of the colors. It's true "less is more"

I totally adore this card Brenda! The Pietra Tile die is absolutely stunning (must use mine more often!) and the butterfly is a perfect touch too.

Lovely to see you in the Snippets Playground :)

What an fabulous design, Brenda! You've given me lots of ideas with the border dies like this I have and my many butterfly dies! Mwah! I'm in need of ideas for cards I need to make for while I'm away. I hope you balance things out next week so that you have more time on the Play side than the Work side!! Love and hugs, Darnell

Hi Brenda, Congratulations on your Playground Pick this week with your beautiful card, I had to laugh as I just finished one very similar to your card over the weekend, backed with gold card instead of red though. Have a wonderful week... Megan

Oh Brenda, I am so loving this card! Love that die and the butterfly die-makes for a beautiful card. I have heard a lot of people who retired say this very same thing. They are busier than when they worked. Not sure how that happens, but I know it does! lol I don't know how we got done what we did when working, all I can say is that we were faster at doing things because we were younger back then. lol At least that is how it works for me I think! Hugs, Brenda
