We are in the midst of a snow sort blizzard right now. It is snowing really hard and the wind is blowing so much it is like a blizzard with blowing snow. It is on top of the several inches we got the other day.

I now have an antibotic, a probiotic, imodium and Activia and have been good for almost 24 hours. I can't tell you how good it feels to know I am going to get over this. I can't remember having anything like this for this long. I wish the Dr. had given me all this last week but he thought it would run it's course and be done all by its self.

Today I want to share the beautiful, thoughtful sympathy cards I received from all of you. I can't tell you how much they meant to me and what a comfort they are. I look at them over and over again. A handmade card is such a blessing at any time, but at such a sad time they truly warm your heart. Again, thank you so very much. Be kind to one another.

It's about time! So glad you've had a good 24 hrs, Brenda, & hopefully this is the answer! I thought it looked like Indy was getting cold & snow--just rain here. Maybe you'll feel like going out when the storm is over. You always feel helpless when a friend suffers a loss & a card seems like such a little thing, but I also found them comforting & still have everyone sent to us when my folks died. Yours are beautiful--thanks for sharing them.

Just checking to see if you had posted a health update, and so happy to read you are feeling some better. Sounds like you are really on the medicine trail to get that tummy bug sorted. I hope so anyway. Also that you can stay cozy & warm during this storm, hopefully not lose power, and that Molly is quite able to go outside as needed without you having to stand in the cold. And that she's fast!!! Big hugs, so glad you've managed 24 hrs with no problems. YAY!

Oh, I'm so relieved to hear that you have passed the 24-hour mark with no evacuations, Brenda! We just don't realize how much we take for granite until we are truly ill. Who knew that keeping down a cracker would bring you such joy?!! Those cards are all beautiful; thank you for sharing! I pray that your healing continues and you will soon be eating like a champ! And that the storm outside soon passes! Love and hugs, Darnell

So glad that you are doing much better now Brenda. It really has been the year for sickness, I guess with this weird weather it doesn't help it much. How beautiful are each of your sympathy cards?!!! Crafters are such wonderful people and boy have we met some awesome people in this card making community! Know that you are still being prayed for Brenda, and that you are loved by us all. Love and hugs, Brenda
