The polar vortex has popped in for a few days. We are snug inside and being like slugs. Went back to Dr. Wed. and he said DH's infection is almost gone and to stop the antibotic because it has caused a rash all over. Now he has a fungal thing going on. We are to keep clean and dry and he has five days of pills to take. Then the rash and fungus should all be gone. Then I will shut up.

The card for today is one I saw last year but I don't know where or whose it was. It is an embossing folder background, an oval punch, sentiment and ribbon. Can't get much easier than that. I'm only making a few Thanksgiving cards this year. Then it's time to start Christmas cards. I know many of you make them all year long and I should do that too. Then it doesn't take too long to get them done. I keep all my Christmas stamps and stuff in a tub that is put away until it's time to start making them. Right now my tub of Halloween and Thanksgiving stamps is out and in the way. Two tubs out would be too many in my little room. I stumble around as it is. (That's because I'm clumsy)! That also says I have too much stuff BUT I think there's a law that says you can never have too much stamping stuff. I don't want to break the law. Be kind to one another.

Love letting the embossing folder be the star--lovely card, Brenda! Stay warm--sounds like the cold is going to stay around awhile. Glad hubby is getting better.

Brenda, so glad to hear the source of the rash was scoped out, and that DH is improving. Hope the fungal problem will clear up fast too. You've had your hands full. I'm not getting as many T'giving cards out this year either. Just can't seem to get it going...I am loving this one you shared. The colors are so pretty and the embossing shows up very pretty with the richness of the paper. A really nice card for this holiday. Hugs & TFS

I'm not liking this polar vortex Brenda, lol, but can't change it-I know because I've tried!! lol Glad to hear that hubby is doing better. I get fungal infection/rashes all the time. Not sure why, but I have special medicated cream I have to use. These fungal things drive me crazy, but it is what it is, so I just keep using the cream. My Lupus causes mine. I hope hubby's goes away fast! I love, love the card Brenda and best of all I love that it is so easy and fast! Stay warm! Hugs, Brenda
