Oh what a fun day we had at our sons Sunday. They loved their cards and the kids loved the gift bags. My daughter in law had a terrific dinner and dessert. This was celebrating our youngest son, granddaughter and my birthdays. I have brand new Archiver's and O'Charley's gift cards to spend. They know my haunts are Barnes and Noble, Archiver's and O'Charleys. I always welcome gift cards!! Okay my new thing is using patterned paper and I stamped on it! I have used paper on cards before but never as a focal point so this is a first. Turns out I love this card. It's for my oldest grandson and it's not fou fou so I think he will like it.

The paper is from Memory Box. It has script and the tree on it. I stamped the haunted house, moon and gravestones on it from an older Stampin Up set. I really like the way it turned out. It's a good guy card.  Be kind to each other.

I'm trying to use my patterned paper, too, rather than just have it sit there. This paper was absolute perfection for those stamps, Brenda, and stunning as a guy card!! Happy Belated Birthday! I'm not sure I caught that in your last post. I'm glad you had a wonderful time!! Hugs, Darnell

Nice to meet you, Brenda in IN. Sorry to hear about the 26 degrees - that's a cold spell for sure. Fun Halloween cards you created for your crew. I really like the spookiness of this one and bet grandson will too. All the best for your next 365-day-trip-around-the-sun.
