Last minute

This is a card I made for the CAS Watercolour Card Challenge that I've been trying to make all month. I've made several that ended up in the trash. I need to bone up on my water color technique. To make this one I used an Altenew stamp and stamped with Memento tuxedo black ink. Using Distress Oxide inks in worn lipstick, picked raspberry and barn door on an acrylic block and spritzed with water, I water colored the flower on Tim Holtz water color paper then fussy cut it out. Found it is kinda hard to cut water color paper with small scissors. (Note to self: buy matching dies).  A few sequins and a sentiment from Simon Says Stamp in Versafine black onyx ink.

Be kind to one another.

You did a beautiful job watercoloring this grand flower, Brenda! That TH wc paper is thick, so your fussy cutting is impressive! I love the whole design and that heartfelt sediment. This will bring comfort to the recipient. Hugs, Darnell

Dear Brenda, you have colored the flower perfectly. I can imagine the cutting watercolor paper with scissors. Is not an easy job. :-) I also like the sentiment and the matching sequins.

Glad you didn't give up Brenda, your flower looks wonderful! I too, have this set but not the dies so have to fussy cut it when I use it. But I haven't used it in a long time. I need to get it out and use it. I love your CAS design and your sentiment. Hugs, Brenda
