Happy Halloween

I don't envy parents having to take the kiddos trick or treating tonight as it is cold, raining and just dreary. Been there, done that. A perfect Halloween night!  My card was supposed to be for the mix up metal challenge with Loll and Bonnie but when I finished it I realized I did not have any stamping on it. The spooky sentiment is a rub on. I used pattern paper and the black magic technique on the crow background. The crow is a sticker Darnell gave me and I added a google eye for drama.

Be kind to one another.

The perfect Halloween card, Brenda! Rain held off here, but we only had a few kids this year. So fun seeing a couple of the little neighborhood kids I know, but poor Fritz had a miserable night.

Great card even if no stamping was done on it. We had a chilly but dry night for the trick or treaters here.

Great work with the black ice technique Brenda. It does look like a chilly night for that crow. :) Great design! xx

That is one cool crow on your card, and I like the background colors that indicate a dark night - perfect for Halloween :) Hope yours was fun - ours was quiet - just the way I prefer these days :)

Wonderful card with the crow, Brenda! Awesome background and design! A cool rainy evening yesterday and today. We’re out in the country so no trick-or-treaters here. I do miss seeing the little ones in their costumes, so cute!

We had a warm evening for this time of year, in the low 60's. So our trick or treater's had wonderful evening. I'm with you though and been there and done that and so over it! lol What a cool card Brenda! I love your black ice technique, it looks fabulous! I also love that bird sticker, would have never know it was a sticker if you hadn't told us. Love the googly eye on him, gives him lots of character! lol Well done with this one! Hugs, Brenda

Oh, you clever girl! I put those crows on H cards for the boys and didn't think to add the googly eyes; they really make it much cooler and I love the whole design of your card! I'm sorry the kiddos had a rough night with the weather there. Here it was a very balmy bright night and we had a ton of the little darlings. We were really impressed at how especially polite the littlest ones were! ❤Hugs, Darnell and hugs to Molly, too! (And I did the same darn thing with that challenge a few months ago. I loved my card and went to post it before I realized it had no stamping on it, so I feel your pain!)

Stamping or not this is super cute! It sure has been a couple of crummy days, hasn't it? We were Halloween scrooges and didn't even turn on the outside light. I'm in a gloomy funk...sure hope it passes soon.
