Monday is here again! A sunny, pretty Monday after a chilly weekend. This is my new Altenew Painted Flowers stamp set shown today. I am not good with images all scattered  around so I'm glad this set has the leaves attached to the flowers. I just stamped them on watercolor paper and watercolored with Zigs. It is my first time that I liked the result of Zig watercolor. But the design left a lot to be desired. Too much space on the right side. I made this card for my DIL's mom who just had surgery. I added sequins to fill up the space but I'm afraid there are so many they will blind her when the light hits them!  I should have added one more flower but I was leaving space for the sentiment. Now I know I should have done that first. I am learning. I didn't like all that space at the bottom so I added a punched border by a Martha Stewart punch. I should have trimmed it to match the top. I SHOULD have started over is what I SHOULD have done! But I think I will send it nonetheless. I actually learn something from each card I make. I used to save all those bad ones to use as a guide but I had so many boxes of cards I had to get rid of them! So you would think by now I had learned a lot! Be kind to one another.

Beautiful watercolouring on your flowers, Brenda and I like the punched border. Such a pretty, sunny get well card - sure to cheer up the recipient!
