I got another card made. I think this is six since the end of August. I am in such a funk and I've used everything I've seen posted about getting out of a slump and it hasn't worked. I've looked through Pinterest, challenges and instagram and just can't get moving. This is the 22nd and I've made two Thanksgiving cards and one Christmas card. I can't identify my mood and I feel guilty because I have so much stuff and I'm not using it. Yesterday I got out my Christmas products and looked through them. Some things I haven't used at all so they need love.
I used pattern paper for the background and a white rectangle to stamp the image and greeting on. Sponged color around the edges of the mat to define it.
Before Mount Rushmore was carved, it's beauty was unpresidented.
Be kind to one another.

This is so gentle and pretty. It is hard to get out of that slump expecially when you have not been feeling well. Kick yourself in the butt and get into those crafty supplies.
Love these colours Brenda, the paper is a perfect match for the stamping. I agreed to have a stall at a November xmas craft fair. Signed up in late August and found that if I ruled up a sheet of paper with the days of the week and left space to note down what I'd made each day, it motivated me to keep making cards. On Sunday I'd tally up the cards I'd made for the week and try to better it the following week. I'd case my own cards if I had no mojo, or change up the design a little. I need to keep doing this now the fair is over lol! Hope you get your inspiration back soon, take care, Cathy xx
Beautiful soft colors for your lovely card, Brenda! Hope you get your mojo back. I know it’s easy to be in a funk with this dreary gray November weather. I’m waiting for the sun to shine and I hope it will appear soon! Take care and have a wonderful blessed Thanksgiving!! Hugs!!
Hi Brenda, a gorgeous card, love the flower stamp reminds me of our Aussie grevillia, they come in many different colours. I have given myself a challenge to use up the end of a Christmas paper pad, I've made 15 card fronts and some just need finishing off... have a wonderful weekend... Megan
Don’t be so hard on yourself, relax, it will be ok. If you don’t feel like it, does it matter? Maybe just buy a few important ones to ease the pressure. Your card is lovely, take care xxx
This is so pretty and you should be proud of yourself for making it! I have difficulty staying focused too these days - it happens to all of us. Just work at your own pace and don't knock yourself for not being overly ambitious. Take one day at a time and do whatever you feel like doing and enjoy this thing called life.
so pretty Brenda, the touch of Designer Paper and the delicate image are both perfect for a thanks giving card ♥
A lovely card Brenda, great design. I hope you get your mojo back soon, it's out there somewhere waiting for you to find it.

I love this paper for Fall and this is such a pretty Thanksgiving card! Be kind to yourself, my friend. XOXO
Lovely card, Brenda - perfect for Thanksgiving. I've been in creative slumps myself - and thought I'd never get out of it. But sure enough, something eventually comes along and inspires me, and then my enthusiasm returns. So don't worry ! Be kind to yourself - you've been through a lot lately.
So soft and pretty… refreshing for a fall card. Way to use up more of your fabulous papers in your stash.
Sending you hugs… 💕
Beautiful card Brenda, I know if I stop for a few days crafting, hard to get going again, DT work keeps me on my toes x
This is so lovely to celebrate Thanksgiving, Brenda. You are a blessing to me, sweet friend! I think we need to start a club for those who are artistically challenged. I feel the same way lately and am down to making one card a week. At some point, it will be fun again. We're in this together. xx
I'm sorry that creating isn't bringing you joy right now. It is my escape from the real world and keeps me sane. Don't craft because you should--that could just make it worse. I do love the look of this sweet card, my friend.
