Two Christmas cards for Twofer

This month we get to make two cards for the same occasion in the  https://twofercardchallenge using holiday greenery. I used a die from Stampin' Up for my greenery. The first card uses handmade paper that reminded me of snow and pine cone dies from SU. I stamped them on brown c/s then went over them with gold paint to show the ridges on the pine cones, then used a SU die to cut them out. Tucked under the greenery and added a green bow.

The second card is an Elizabeth Craft die gifted to me by my friend, Mary. The same greenery is used and also a flower from the same EC die set. It didn't show up against the candle so I added Stickles to it so it could shine too.

I ate those donuts!

Be kind to one another.

Good for you, my friend! I would have, too! I love your classical Christmas designs in traditional colors! The pine cone was lifted to elegance with the addition of the gold and thank you for the inspiration to use some of the oodles of handmade paper I have! Your candle design is equally gorgeous with the greenery, schparkle, and pretty background!! Thank you so much for playing in Twofer Card Challenge #22! Hugs, Darnell

Two wonderful Christmas cards, Brenda! Your pine cones are fantastic with the gold paint highlighting the details! I love how you gave the candle its sparkly glow, and your sprigs of greenery are positioned perfectly on both cards! Thanks for joining in the fun with us at the Twofer Card Challenge!

Doughnuts?!! Mmmmm...doughnuts! These are just lovely, Brenda. First, I fell in love with those pinecones, and how you've gilded them in that rich gold. And I had a thing for handmade papers, but found I hoarded it rather than ever used it. It was always, "next card...next card..." Glad you put it to good use here! And your candle card is Christmas perfection. Love the stickles on the blossom. That greenery is wonderful on both of your cards, and both cards are truly festive. Thanks so much for joining us at The Twofer Challenge. Sending hugs. Bev
