Snow expected this weekend. There is nothing else to say.

I made this extra card to give to my exercise buddy when I gave her the black ice card Tuesday. It is blank on the inside and I told her to send this one to someone to brighten their day. She was so appreciative and seemed to like it too. I just masked off the corners and sponged several Distress Oxide Inks and stamped with a Technique Tuesday stamp.  (I first typed a Tuesday Morning stamp). That is where I want to run by after the rehab meeting today! Be kind to one another.

So creative not to mask the entire square--LOVE this card, Brenda! We were kind of on the same wave length with my last blended card, but yours is much more springy! Thinking you may be tired of winter--haha! You must have gotten all our snow this year--we're on to rain.

As we would say in parts of the UK - 'Well, I'll go to our back door'. I have no idea of the origins Brenda but it means I'm quite stunned and bowled over - and probably nipping out for some fresh air to recover? Dunno but it sums this wonderful card up - good grief. You do have some talents there kiddo! What a terrific card - clever little sausage!

Hugs

Simple but classy. Thanks for stopping by. I did make some Black Ice samples last night. My first was a bit dark....but by the last one I was "light on the pedal" and it did look better. I showed my two stamping friends the technique...they had never seen it before and will be trying it also. Thanks for the inspiration!!!

Stunning CAS card Brenda! I love the soft inking and that it fades away from the corner, beautiful design, may have to CASE this one day if that's ok! I have quite a few silhouette stamps that are quite neglected too, would be great for so many occasions. Cathy x

Lovethe corner design on this lovely card. It's very soft & so beautiful with the way you've done the sponging and the silhouettes...and you were kind to give this additional card to your buddy so she could use it! TFS & hope you're staying dry.

(Brenda, I wasn't sure whether to email or not so just commenting again - but thanks for following my blog now too. My picture under your followers won't show up there because for some reason I've never been able to fix that where it shows when I follow someone. My "blank" picture is there under Lynn Hayes though)

Absolutely beautiful Brenda! I love your sponged triangle in the bright colours and the contrast of the stamp against it. No snow here this weekend, thank goodness but very wet today.
