Mourning for Manchester. What a tragedy and I'm so very sad for everyone affected by it. I don't  have a card today. I'm pleased with the garage sale as I got a lot of things sold and out of here. The second day pretty much got rained out at noon and it was so cold and dreary. One couple got trapped in the garage while it just poured down. When they left I closed up. I was so happy to go inside and get warm! Since then I have been going through closets and really cleaning things out. Last week the trash can was so heavy I couldn't tilt it up enough to roll it to the curb. I had to take three bags out, roll it down and then come back up and get the bags to put back in the trash! That may be the case this week too. My grandson graduated from middle school last night so I went to that. Drove there and back in the rain. Will spend my sale money on a canoe. I'll be back soon. Be kind to one another.

  1. I hear you about the canoe!! I thought it was supposed to be April showers, not May showers!! I'm glad the garage sale went well...at least on the first day!! Congrats to your grandson for graduating from middle school!! Have a great evening!! Big hugs :)

  2. Oh dear--you do have a wonderful sense of humor, Brenda! No rain here & we're heading back up into the 80s! I was wondering how the garage sale went--glad you got rid of a lot of stuff. Take my advice--skip the canoe & use your sale money for craft goodies--haha! Seriously--really can't comprehend the violence like in Manchester--sad beyond belief.
