I would like to welcome a new follower from the UK. Please meet Lesley and I hope you can visit her and say hello. Her blog is http://lesleyscraftroom.blogspot.com/ I'm so glad to "meet" you.

Finally got into the Dr. today. I really like him and he seemed to take plenty of time with me and didn't seem in a hurry. I didn't wait long to see him and he seemed knowledgeable. He gave me Zofran for nausea and said keep drinking and stay hydrated. The shakes and rapid heartbeat are from being dehydrated. I could barely get myself there. I have been on the BRAT diet and drinking Gatorade but still not good. So I hope this will end. Dr. said it could go on for 7-14 days and I can't imagine that. So I've made no cards or even put away the Christmas stuff. It is gathered in one place but not moved since. I hope to be making progress soon. I feel better just since I saw the Dr. and got reassured that this is normal for some people. By the way, do you know if you spend the day on the couch watching TV you will see 8 million commercials for food? That is not nice for someone who can't eat.

I'm sharing some more Christmas cards from internet card friends They are all lovely. Be kind to one another.

Well, at least you liked the new doctor, but so sorry you're still struggling with this darn virus, Brenda! Bet Molly is worried--funny how they know when things aren't right. More beautiful cards from your friends--such a blessing to increase our circles of friends through our blogs! Take care of yourself, Greta

Glad you were able to see the doctor and are comfortable with him. Can't imagine being that sick for 14 days. Hope yours doesn't last that long. Is anyone else in your family sick with this? Take and get some rest!

Enjoyed seeing the cards (and one looked a bit familiar!). Glad that you are liking this new dr. Dehydration can cause some very strange symptoms, so be sure to keep with the liquid stuff. Hard to do though, when you're nauseated. I hope you have a neighbor you can call if you need to make an ER visit. And truly DO hope & pray that this bad stuff will soon be over for you. How lovely to have a new follower. TFS & Hugs
