Merry, Merry Christmas to you all. I hope you have a wonderful holiday with your families. Our sons and their families came here yesterday and we did have a nice time. It was sad without Bill but I know he was here with us. Today Molly and I will go to our son's for an open house. It is always fun because I get to see their friends and family. This was my goal for now, to get through Christmas. I have a lot of paperwork things to do next week and my thank you cards. That is the hardest thing for me. I have set down several times to start them. When I think of how kind everyone has been it brings me to tears and I just can't do it yet. I teared up just now typing this. Be kind to each other.

A gorgeous, peaceful card, Brenda. I'm wishing you peace during this sad time & strength for all you have to do. Thank you cards can wait--just take care of you & Molly. So happy everyone got together yesterday. I've found sharing fond memories is so good for the soul--lots of laughing & crying. You're thought about & loved. Hugs, Greta
A lovely card, TFS. So glad that yesterday went fairly ok for you, and of course, Bill was right there. Just in a different way..I'm so happy ya'll made him a part of the celebration. Hope today goes well too, and take your time with those things that needn't be done right away. People DO understand. I hope the blogland support helps in some small way to ease this time. Again, glad Molly is there to cuddle with, when things get you down a bit. Big Hugs, Merry Christmas, and hopefully 2016 will be a better time for you.
So glad that you and Molly had family all around to spend time with. Hugs and best wishes for a healthy and happy 2016. Xxxxxxxx Mrs A.
Hi Brenda, so glad you had a lovely time with your family and had memories to share together of your hubby. Hoping 2016 is a good year for you, hugs and squeezes from afar, Cathy x
A lovely card Brenda. And I'm glad to hear you had a get together with family at yours, of course Bill will have been watching over you. As Mary says, just in a different way.
Hoping yesterday went fine for you and Molly - and also that you don't push yourself to do stuff that can wait. People do understand Brenda - our wish is for you to take time to get things more settled in your heart and in your life.
Sending big hugs and love

So happy to hear you were surrounded by family...the best place to be during the holidays...and remembering is good for the soul and the heart...Bill can never be too far from you!Be kind to yourself...you are always telling us to be kind to each other, but you need to think about YOU and Molly of course! I wonder what God has in store for you now?? Be Thankful...in all things!!
Heart Hugs,

Aren't these ladies the sweetest?! They've said all that I feel and said it well. You have a natural instinct for listening to your spirit, Brenda, and doing what you need to do when you need to do it. If you weren't born with it, than it prolly came from all those years caring for Bill, so I have confidence that you'll be okay and do what's right for you. Because you are a blessing to so many, I feel like abundant blessings will be coming back to you tenfold! Love and hugs, Darnell
