I have been mentioning how tired I am all the time with no energy. I recently had two Dr. visits, one with regular MD and one with my pulmonologist. I have been complaining about being tired and not being able to put the weight back on I lost when I was in the hospital. I'm sure most of you know I am on oxygen around the clock. Both doctors told me it takes a lot of energy and calories just for me to be able to breathe. I'm glad there is a reason but can't fix it. I eat well and sleep well and have been taking a nap in the afternoon. That doesn't leave a lot of time to do much else. I use my energy for things I have to do, then rest. I'm trying to pace myself and on days when I don't have to do laundry or other household chores, I try to make a card. I may start one on one day and finish it the next. The simple cards and rub ons have helped me make a card. I appreciate you all staying with me and listening to me keep saying I'm tired. I don't have the breath to do my bike anymore and I miss that. Has anyone used one of those pedal machines that you just sit in a chair and pedal? I wonder if it helps strengthen your legs and is it good exercise? Please let me know because I'm thinking about getting one to get stronger. I'm sorry this is so long but I wanted you to know what's going on here.
I'll never get back to my original weight. I'm okay with that since 6 lbs. 6 oz. is not realistic.

This bunny is the sweetest, Brenda! You find the best rub-ons! I have a desk cycle. When I see the one on tv that does the work for you, I wonder if that isn't a good thing. If PT moves your legs to get strength, why wouldn't that help and it would take less air and energy. Although I don't 'pedal' fast enough to get short of breath. Maybe I'm not doing it right?
Awww ... this bunny is adorable. I love the images you've used from some of your Easter cards. The framing is just perfect, the size and the colour, for your sweet card. :) I have an exercise bike, not just petals ... not sure what that is. But anything that gets your legs moving has to be good. The tough part, for me, is sticking to it. I tend to do a few days here and a few days there. xx
Oh my, that is the sweetest Easter bunny image! Love how it works with the stick frame.
Forgot to say - my Mum used one of those pedal machines where you just sit in a chair and pedal it. She found it really helpful to keep her legs strong during the Ontario winters when she couldn't get out walking and gardening. I'm sorry your energy is so poor but I'm glad you've found easier ways to make cards with the rub ons and simpler designs.
