I got an IPad foe Christmas and boy, what a learning curve this is. All my other things are android and this is so opposite. I wasn’t good with my old technology so I’m having a hard time.
Lots of family get together since the holidays too that I am grateful for.
I’m getting back to crafting now. Ordered a couple of new things to inspire me. This is an embossing folder with colored paper that I added some more color to. I can't turn the picture up and down. I did this on my Ipad, then went to the computer to finish it. I still can't load pictures from phone to computer.
In the interest of transparency with this iPad. It is not easy, peasy, lemon squeezey.

Gorgeous card Brenda! Love the beatiful embossed image done on softly coloured card ... and the great way you've added more colour over top. Congrats on getting the photo uploated to your computer. Now to just be able to turn it. You'll get there. xx
Love that card, beautiful colours on the leaves and flowers xx
I got a new Mac laptop for my birthday, I've always had windows based laptops and the learning cure was huge. I still look up how to do stu 😁
I’m actually excited for you, because once you get the hang of it, you can edit and blog post all on the iPad. There’s loads of tutorials online if you get stuck. If you ever need a new phone, I recommend an iPhone. You can then synchronise both devices.
To edit photo, click on photo, then select the 3 horizontal lines with circles, and just play with the options. You can “cancel” or revert to original photo. Take an unimportant photo to experiment with. Feel free to email me xxx
Oops forgot to say I love the embossed card!
Pretty/ I love the soft tones. Get a grandchild to come over and tutor you in the iPad.
Glad you've gotten together with family, Brenda. So wonderful you're all so close and enjoy each other. I've always had Android and figure I'd never get comfortable with Apple. Hope you'll end up loving your new device. That's one gorgeous folder and love the colors!
What a lovely embossing folder Brenda! love the colors on this - perhaps a family member can help you figure out the orientation and loading of photos? It is brutal learning a newdevicel! Looks like your had lovely holidays with family and so happy to hear you are feeling like crafting again! Julia xx
What a blessing to have family nearby and grandchildren to help with that computer schtuff! You know it makes them feel so proud to help us 'old folks' with the newfangled schtuff! Love this embossing folder and what a great idea to emboss something that has the colors already on it! Glad to see that you are creating again and so good to see you! XOXO
First of all, love the title and can relate!! Second, good for you for learning new tricks, no matter how long it takes! Third, your card is beautiful! I have all this pretty pp laying around and now I can imagine whipping up a ton of cards for my stash. The iPad may not be ezpz 🍋🧽(sponge), but your card is and I need that in my life right now! Mwah for the inspiration! Hugs, Darnell
Ah, technology...good and bad, right?! I'm having trouble with my iCloud pics. Son showed me the other day, but apparently i messed something up once again, lol! Oh, well! Maybe he'll help me with it tomorrow. Anyways, your card is so pretty with the embossing flower folder and lovely soft colors! Take care, hugs!!
Beautiful card Brenda, so pretty and feminine. Keep going with your iPad. It takes a while to work out how to do everything, but you'll soon wonder why you found it tricky to do what you want it to do.
