I added alcohol 91% on my gelli plate and dropped on inks. Then using a puffer tool, I gently blew it around until I liked it. I put the cardstock over it and lifted the print and let dry. That is the way I did all of my cards.I cut a leaf from Simon Says Stamp in gold cardstock and added it over the circle. You don't want to cover up that ink. I used an old Stampin' Up sentiment, then added the panel to a brown card base.
I ordered a set of gelli plates that came with a circle, triangle and rectangle. Here are the cards I made.

Beautiful samples using this technique Brenda - I'm happy to see your results using the other shapes and not just the circle too! I haven't tried another shape yet... You used a lovely mix of colors on each card and pretty die cuts and stampings over them as well! Wasn't this a fun new technique to try!? Julia xx
Your cards are all so fabulous, Brenda. I think all of us had great success with this technique. It was so fun ... and additive!! xx
I'm so glad you enjoyed the technique, and I can see you got to enjoy making lots of prints :)
Beautiful colour combos and love the mix of die cuts and silhoute stamping ♥

Your cards are all so pretty, Brenda, and I love how you let the beautiful shaped results shine through! I think I like the triangle the best, but only by a hair. You tried lots of different colorful inky combos, which makes your post even more inspiring! Hugs, Darnell
Your cards all turned out amazing and look at the stash you now have on hand! I especially like the first one with that pretty golden stem, but they're all beautiful, a job and crafty session well done!
These are all beautiful backgrounds. Fascinating technique. I need to try this one.
All gorgeous! You nailed the technique. I need to give this a try.
WOW! I love the colors you used for your gel prints, Brenda! And the stamps and die cuts, especially the curved branch, finish the cards beautifully! You have outdone yourself, my friend!

What a great technique too.
I must admit I don't own any alchol inks yet.

Oh my word, what beautiful CAS cards Brenda! I have a gelli plate on my wish list on Amazon and I am hoping to be able to get it this summer. You got such great prints using the alcohol inks! Love each one of these cards. Now I'm wondering if I should get the set with the shapes instead of a 5 x 7 one! Hugs, Brenda
