I hope the weather is good for the little trick or treaters today. They get so excited about their costumes and getting candy. It's so cute to see them and I wish we still got some where we live. To stay in the spirit I just buy my candy corn and eat it myself.
I'd like to warmly welcome two new followers - Carol Celeste and Sharon Guarino are new here and I thank you for coming to visit and follow.
Here is my last card this year. It is another brayered card and a little darker in theme than my other ones. Don't eat all your candy at one time. Stretch it out and enjoy the holiday.

Love the brayering and love the atmospheric colours. Enjoy your candy corn Brenda x.
Love the background. It really is an eerie setting for the stamping.
The brayer technique made a fun Halloween card with great colors too! I like your idea of buying candy corn and eating it yourself! My kinda Halloween celebration :) Happy Candy corn night ;)
love your spooky grave stones. perfect Halloween card :)
Wonderful card design and beautiful brayering too. I love the colors.
What a lovely background for your spooky Halloween card!! Have a great week, hugs!!
Hi Brenda,
oh you did make me laugh about the candy.
I too don't get trick or treaters anymore at my house and I used to enjoy them comming to the door.
One thing they used to come very earlier in the month and I had nothing to give them and then on Halloween nobody came when I had the candy so guess what yes I used to eat it.
I have given up sweet things, cakes, biscuts, and crisps for the last 3 months and have lost 2 stone in weight so it shows how that stuff puts the weight on.
I need to loose a couple more stones in case I need a hip replacemnet not missed any of it thank goodness as I jad a very sweet tooth.
Love your wonderful brayered card and what a very fab design too.
That scene is perfect for Halloween and also the colours and the brayering is perfectly done as well.
Lots of crafty love and hugs from my house to yours. Jenny L.
Love the background Brenda, fabulous colours and stamping.

I wish I'd got some candy corn. Missed out on that. Another great Halloween card, Brenda! Spooky!
It was a pretty decent night for our trick or treaters, or I should say the trick or treater's over at my cousin's house. She didn't get many though, not like past years. So we nibbled on some candy. lol No trick or treaters at my house, not enough houses to come to here in the country. Thus why for the past 30 years, I took the boys over to our cousin's house and they trick or treated there. Now we carry on the tradition of having potato soup and then hand out candy.
Love your card Brenda, the brayered background looks amazing, love those colors. Fun and festive! Hugs, Brenda
This is fabulous Brenda, you have created a gorgeous background for your spooky scene.

That's some beautiful brayering, Brenda! Just perfect for a Halloween cemetery landscape! I certainly hope that's not your last card of the year!! Hugs, Darnell
Your card is beautiful Brenda. Lovely Halloween scene and great background. Hugs, my friend.
Thats super spooky. We haven't had and trick or treaters call for a few yrs now. The village I am in ran a spooky decorated front garden contest to try and encourage families to stay indoors over the period. A lot of houses with children in did just that and I think it will catch on in future yrs.We have our covid booster jabs booked for next week. They did ofer to do the flu jab at the same time but I have said no way as I am probably going to get a reaction again as the government has said we have to have the opposite vaccine to what we first had as it will give better protection. Stay safe.
Hugs Mrs A.
Another beautiful brayered background Brenda. LOVE the colours and perfect for your halloween images. Do you have any candy corn left??!! :) xx
Beautiful beayered background. The dark colours are perfect for a Halloween card.
Neat effect with the brayering, Brenda! We got a whole 10 trick or treaters, so plenty of candy for us--haha! Actually, I put 1/2 the bag in the freezer for next year. Now to keep hubby from finding it!
