Stencil fun

A beautiful sunshiney day and I was excited to not see gray clouds. Yesterday was so cold and windy and today it's warm and sunny. It changes every day.

I wanted to play in the CAS Stencil challenge using heat embossing.

I used the bottom of a Tim Holtz stencil and taped off the leaves in the lower corner. Using a sponge I dabbed VersaMark ink in the blossoms then heat embossed with Zing Watermelon powder. Then I taped off the blossoms and sponged VersaMark through the leaves and embossed in Zing Leaf powder. I like how it came out and it was fun to do. The sentiment if Hero Arts.

Be kind to one another.

Beautiful Brenda. Love the zingy pink colour. Sunny to begin with here but the rsi. Clouds have come over now and the wind is up. Gone very cold too. Hope you are staying well. Hugs Mrs A.

Wow Brenda, this is a beautiful and elegant card! I love how CAS it is. The colors are fun and so springy/summery. Monday was a beautiful day here too with temps in the lower 70's. It was glorious! Today started off with rain, but now is partly sunny, partly cloudy but still in the 60's. So can't complain. lol Love yesterday better though! Enjoy the weather when it is nice, but be careful going out and about in more crowded areas due to this virus. Hugs, Brenda

What a great technique to heat emboss those bright colors using a stencil! I have many Zing colors and I never seem to use them.
