I wanted to pop in and enter another card for the CAS Christmas Card Challenge. I've had this idea in my head to make a card with a Charlie Brown tree. Unfortunately, I don't have a stamp like that, although I'm sure there are some. So this is my version of it. Just a pitiful tree bent over with one shiny ornament on it. It is a Lawn Fawn stamp, ornament and sentiment. I punched the scalloped rug from scrap paper and added glossy accents to the ornament. The rectangle was cut with a Lil' Inker stitched die and I popped the tree and the panel up with foam tape. I tried to bend the tree over a bit to mimic Charlie's tree.  Be kind to one another.

I love this joke. Will send it to my grandson in his next card. Keep em coming. Your tree is fabulous. Reminds me of that awful elf when he came and insisted on having his own tree. Lights and all. Hugs

When DD was little, we always watched the Charlie Brown specials, and this is how I remember his little tree. You've used a lot of imagination to recreate the 'look', and I think succeeded very well. I like the gleam of the little lonely red ornament, and the scalloped rug! You did a good job of re-creating a CB Christmas tree!!! TFS & Hugs

How enchanting, Brenda! Everyone loves a Charlie Brown Christmas tree and I'm sure there are stamps out there, but I think this is even more charming because you made it yourself from a Christmas tree branch and it's perfect! Love how the top is bent over from the weight of that beautiful glossified ornament! Even your red scalloped oval rug is perfect for under the tree!! Hugs, Darnell

I signed up and now I won't have to remember to come and check to see what you are up too, as it will come to my email each time you post-this makes me very, very happy my friend! I love Charlie Brown's Christmas tree so much and I think you did a great job with what you had to mimic it! I think this little tree works perfectly as does the ornament and scalloped mat. I just love this CAS Christmas card! I wanted to play along too, but didn't get the time. sigh Maybe next one. Hugs, Brenda
