I am feeling somewhat better and not coughing quite as much.  I only took one nap yesterday so that is an improvement. I still have done nothing other than my PT exercises. Thank you all for the get well wishes.

This is another card I'm posting in .  We can only add three cards and this is my last one. I've used a Hero Arts stamp called Forest Background. On a plain white panel of cardstock I took Copic Markers and drew lines across in orange, yellow and tan. The yellow and tan lines didn't come out very dark and are hard to see. Then I stamped over them with the stamp in black ink and embossed in clear embossing powder. The sentiment is Poppy Stamps Give Thanks Brushed.  Very easy card and could be stamped on pattern paper. I may try that again with some autumn paper.  Be kind to one another.

This is such a lovely effect with the stripes, Brenda. I've not seen anything like that before. It looks great with the trees stamp and the embossing gives a nice shine. Happy to hear you are feeling a bit better. Have a lovely weekend and I hope you are a lot better soon x

Glad to hear that your feeling somewhat better but do take care of yourself and take life easy. Thinking of you constantly. This card is such a super idea with those lines of colour. They look great with that tree stamp. Hugs Mrs A.

Glad you’re feeling a bit better Brenda. Love your card, I must try doing stripes like that when I can get in the craft room again. Think I need to get a notepad and keep a list of all the things I want to do!

So happy you're at least going in the right direction, Brenda! Hoping that cough is completely gone soon! Gotta say--this is one stunning card--absolutely love it! So creative to use the Copics that way--gotta try it!

I'm so glad you have returned from Coughing Hell, Brenda! That constant coughing is not only hard on your lungs and throat, it's killer on your head and your back, too! Your embossed fall card is such a cool technique! I'll bet it is amazingly shiny IRL! Thank you for playing three times in my NBUS Challenge #12! Take a teasy now and don't overdo! I'll call soon. Mwah! Hugs, Darnell

Sorry to hear that you were under the weather Brenda, I know how annoying that is. Glad to know you are feeling better. Nothing wrong with naps either, sometimes our bodies need them to heal. Your card is amazing! I love the stripes and yes I can see them, give such an autumn feel to the card. Stay well my friend! Hugs, Brenda
