As any stamper does, I have tons and tons of rubber stamps. I have stamps sets and single wood mounted stamps. I have stamps from almost every stamp company I know of. The first thing my granddaughter wanted to know when she came to make her Valentines was "Do you have a taco stamp?" What? No?  How could I not have a taco stamp. I actually do have one that is about a quarter inch. It goes with the new SU food truck set. Her boyfriend loves tacos and that's what she wanted to make. While she was making her cards I was thinking. We took an oval die and folded it in half. Used some green ink direct to paper and cut it in thin strips. Added a little bit of brown cardstock for hamburger and added the strips of lettuce to make our own taco. The taco is made with cream colored cardstock that doesn't show up in the picture. The lettuce is really green and doesn't look like it either. The card is below along with the inside. She wanted something else on the front so I showed her how to splatter. I have never done splatter and I think she did great.  These are the other two cards she did. Be kind to one another.

How fun is that unique taco card! You are not only enjoying your time with your very talented card-making granddaughter, you are teaching her how to think outside the box and be a card designer and splatterer!! (I always forget about doing that!) I'm very impressed and think the result is sensational! I'll bet the boyfriend thought so, too. And the Valentines are so pretty!! Love and hugs, Darnell xxoo

Now aren't you clever to design the taco?! And how cute it is. Bet she thinks you are just a cool, smart Granma!! Loved all the pretty valentine cards too. Way to go! (isn't it amazing, with all the stash we have, either we don't have just the right stamp or just the right color paper, or the 'right something'? TFS & Hugs(oh yes, the spatters were great. I can't spatter either...mine are blobs!)
