I did not venture out yesterday on Black Friday. I did, however, do some shopping online so I am pleased to have that done. We had a nice time on Thursday but one of my granddaughters is very sick so she wasn't able to come and her mom stayed home with her. So we were two short but my grandson brought his girlfriend so it was nice to have her with us.

I want to share two cards I've made with my first Scrapping For Less card kit. I love the papers in this kit and on these two cards I reversed the two pattern papers. On one I used the checked strip from the top of the sheet in the middle and on the other for the center strip I used the gold tape included. I added red Stickles that were also included in the kit. The sentiments are ephemerma in the kit. Be kind to one another.

These are both so beautiful, Brenda!! I love the designs of each one!! I'm sorry your granddaughter was sick for Thanksgiving. I hope she is feeling better. I didn't venture out yesterday, either. I get so frustrated with the crowds. It's so much easier to shop online :) Have a great weekend!! Big hugs :)

Love these papers too, and I like the design of each card you've made with them. This looks like a neat card kit. So glad you had a good Thanksgiving, and hope your granddaughter is better now. I didn't go out Black Friday either, just did some bad things on line - which I'd promised I wouldn't. But there were sales.... TFS & Hugs

I'm sorry for being absent with my commenting Brenda! I am so used to bloggers coming into my email box that sometimes I forget the ones who don't have the email subscription and of course there are times that time is at a premium. Glad you had a great Thanksgiving, that makes my heart happy but so sad that your granddaughter was sick. I hope she is well and can enjoy the Christmas season with her grandma! These cards are beautiful! I love the papers you used and I love the cut a parts you have used on these two. Hugs, Brenda
